1. Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Service aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of 'Recipe Box' (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and its members regarding the use of the recipe management and meal planning services provided by the Service.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

1. "Service" refers to all features provided by Recipe Box, including recipe storage, meal planning, and shopping lists, accessible via the user's device.
2. "Member" refers to an individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

1. These Terms become effective once the member agrees to them during the sign-up process.
2. The Service may modify these Terms within the scope of relevant laws, and any changes will be announced via in-app notices.

Article 4 (Protection of Personal Information) The Service strives to protect members' personal information in accordance with relevant laws. The collection and use of personal information are governed by the Service's Privacy Policy.

Article 5 (Obligations of the Service)

1. The Service shall strive to provide continuous and stable services.
2. The Service shall maintain a security system to ensure the safe storage of member data.

Article 6 (Obligations of Members)

1. Members must not steal others' accounts or use the Service for fraudulent purposes.
2. Members are responsible for the recipes and content they create.

Article 7 (Suspension of Service) The Service may temporarily suspend all or part of its operations in the event of system maintenance, upgrades, national emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 8 (Termination of Contract) Members may request to terminate their use of the Service (withdrawal) at any time through the app settings or by contacting the Service, which will be processed immediately.
